Leo Savage is a personal trainer focused on the progression of his clients, whether in the form of a performance goal, body transformation or beginning to introduce exercise into your lifestyle.
He has trained a wide variety of individuals from Men's Health Editors to athletes, TV personalities and business executives. Each who needed a personal program that fitted into their busy lives. See some recent client testimonials here.
Hailing from a rugby union and sprinting past, Leo has been interested in sports and fitness from an early age. He not only believes that dedication and consistency are essential when reaching performance goals, but also that fitness is the key to a healthy and happy life.
With more than 10 years' experience in sports and fitness, including a year working with renowned sprint coach Jonas Dodoo, Leo’s expertise enables him to move from elite to recreational level. He is currently based in both, Central London (London Bridge) and South West London.
Aside from personal training, Leo is putting his BSc Sports Science and Business Management degree to good use, currently in order to launch his first fitness application. While also running a successful partnership – 3 Performance UK – with GB power lifter Jason Coultman and Sprinter Lee Mclaughlin. They are a collective of individuals who offer a number of services to educate, inspire and aid in performance and fitness related goals.
